The bus stop was 15 minutes’ walk away. The staff was always available entire time. The restaurant was really nice for more casual meals, I tried tasty dishes😀

The rooms are tastefully decorated and a nice size, with hypo-allergenic pillows. the staff was always available which was a pleasant change. the location is relatively quiet and convenient, just a short distance from Mixik.

Location, building design & landscape design
The (included) breakfast was pure mockery (tea or coffee, one tiny piece of bread, a small croissant, jam and butter). The TV was of very poor quality (the TV set, remote control and program reception). Not able to pay with visa - only cash was accepted. Bathroom needs to be renovated.

Refreshing drinks at roof top bar, excellant service. The a nice size room & tiled bathroom. All the stuff was always available. Central location, at walking distance from Cenotes Casa Tortuga Tulum.

We loved this nice budget hotel. The food was excellent. The staff were affable. The property had a fantastic location very close to Cenote Caracon. The attached restaurant was charming with plenty of meals on the menu. It was surely a very nice stay for four nights.
